• Do not deposit more than 30 banknotes in a single transaction, and ensure they are placed in an orderly fashion.
• The deposited amount is added directly to your balance.
• Deposits can be made to any account linked to your card in all three currencies (USD, JOD, and ILS).
• Please do not deposit different currencies in the same transaction.
• The ATM will not accept deposits if there is a mix of currencies and will only accept the currency selected by the customer.
• Ensure that the banknotes you wish to deposit are in good condition.
• Ensure that the amount displayed on the screen and on the receipt exactly matches the amount you deposited.
• Ensure that the cash slot is completely empty, which means that the full amount you deposited has been accepted.
• We would also like to point out that this service is free of charge, and the bank does not charge any fees for it.
