Financing loans for lands purchasing.
- Amount:
up to 58%of real estate value with a maximum of 200,000 USD or equivalent in different currencies. - Repayment period:
up to 25 years and based on credit class of borrower. - Beneficiaries:
All civilian and military employees with salary transferred to our bank.
Required documents:
- A written request from the applicant.
- A copy of personal ID.
- Sign on a form of inquiry authorization.
- A recent pay slip.
- A little deed of the land.
- Purchase agreement of the real estate.
- Two appraisals from certified appraisers.
- Certificate of bank obligations in case of purchasing loans from other banks.
- Account statement for the last 6 months in case of purchasing loans.
Terms, conditions and guarantees:
- Free life insurance.
- Deductions from monthly net income will not exceed 50%.
- Insurance the real estate for the bank and the borrower pay the mortgage fees.
- Service period shall be more than a year and half.
- Borrower shall provide a guarantor.
- Real estate mortgage with a policy endorsement for the both.
